Online Return Policy
Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from OSH. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase within 90 days of your purchase to your local OSH store or send it back. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to OSH.

Shipped Merchandise Returns/Exchanges
If you are returning merchandise in new, unused condition, contact us within 90 days from receipt. Contact us at (408) 281-3500. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item. Please have the original packing slip and the receipt ready when you call. A copy of both the packing slip and receipt must accompany all returns and product must be in its original packaging. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received. For returns with an original sales receipt and packing slip within 90 days of purchase, we will credit the original credit card used.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Merchandise
Please report items that are damaged, defective or missing within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a no-charge pickup. Please note: APO/FPO ship-to addresses are not eligible for no-charge pickup. Contact us at (408) 281-3500.

Store Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, you will be required to present a valid ID (see below for the types of ID that we accept) that will be recorded at the time of the return. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database for customer return activity that OSH and its affiliates use to authorize returns. OSH reserves the right to limit returns or refuse merchandise returns at any time.
For returns with an original sales receipt within 90 days of purchase, we will:
  • Refund cash if your purchase was made with cash, check, or debit card.
  • Credit the original credit card used if your purchase was made with a credit card.
  • Issue Store Credit if your purchase was made with a Gift Card or Store Credit.

For returns with an original sales receipt after 90 days of purchase, we will:
  • Issue a Store Credit for the original purchase amount.

For returns without an original sales receipt, we will:
  • Look up your receipt if you made your purchase in the past 90 days with a credit card, debit card, or check.
  • For credit card purchases, we will credit your credit card. For debit card or check purchases, we will refund cash.*

We accept the following ID's for returns: U.S. or Canadian Driver's License, U.S. State ID, Canadian Province ID, U.S. Military ID, Passport and U.S. Laser Visa.

*Note: Credit cards cannot be looked up for online purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable.
